In Christian life coaching, you get a safe, judgment-free space for healing and growth, rooted in faith and spiritual connection.
Together, we can explore the layers of your journey, and discover the different layers of your identity. We can learn to have peace with Jesus in the middle of life’s storms.
I (Rebekah) have grown up as a missionary kid, having lived my first 16 years of life on the mission field. There were times where I questioned God’s goodness, especially after being hurt by fellow believers. Yet God continued to lead me to His Way, His peace, and His freedom. These experiences have not only grounded my faith in God and His Word, but also taught me to have a posture of empathy and love towards all, no matter their religious background or belief. I am grounded in the Way of Jesus, and believe it is my duty to show the same level of love and acceptance to those I serve as Jesus did to those he encountered in the Bible. From tax collectors, to foreigners, to lepers, to the rich, and to the poor. He loved them all, while still staying grounded in the Truth.
I will get to now you and be your spiritual guide to accompany you on this journey within.
Whether you have a life goal you want to reach, going through a difficult season in your life, burnt out on religion, or just need a safe place to process, I want to provide the spiritual direction you need to be thriving in God’s Kingdom.
Online via Zoom or in-person at our Allen office in Texas. The first part of coaching will be dedicated to getting to know you and your story. Every person’s story is unique and I want to listen to all the details.

Christian life coaching is a specialized form of coaching that integrates Christian faith, values, and principles into the coaching process. It focuses on helping individuals align their life goals, decisions, and actions with their Christian beliefs and values. It also takes time to pause, and hear from God.
Christian therapy integrates psychological principles with Christian faith and values to address emotional, relational, and spiritual issues. It emphasizes the use of biblical teachings and prayer alongside traditional counseling techniques to promote healing and growth. If you are looking for a Christian therapist, Jeffrey can provide online Christian Counseling in the state of Texas.
In our first introduction call, we will assess whether Jeffrey or Rebekah will be the best fit for you.
Christian counseling primarily focuses on addressing emotional and psychological issues using therapeutic interventions grounded in Christian principles. It often involves licensed counselors or therapists who diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
Christian life coaching, on the other hand, is focused on personal and spiritual growth, goal setting, and life planning from a Christian perspective. It emphasizes empowerment, motivation, and accountability to help individuals achieve their desired outcomes in alignment with their faith.
Christian counseling and biblical counseling both integrate Christian beliefs and values, but they differ in approach and focus. Christian counseling encompasses a broader range of therapeutic techniques and may address a wider range of psychological and emotional issues, while still integrating faith-based perspectives.
Biblical counseling, on the other hand, is more narrowly focused on using the Bible as the primary source of guidance and wisdom for counseling. It emphasizes the authority of Scripture in addressing life's challenges and promoting spiritual growth and healing.
Life coaching as a formal practice is not explicitly mentioned in the Bible. However, many principles of coaching, such as goal setting, encouragement, mentoring, and personal development, can be found throughout Scripture. Life coaching from a Christian perspective integrates biblical wisdom and values into coaching practices to promote spiritual growth and personal transformation.
We are passionate about serving Third Culture Kids and missionary families and making sure they receive proper support so we offer a few sessions at a discounted rate. If those discounted sessions are already taken, then we do our best to pair you with other therapists and resources that match your budget.
We can also work with Missionaries’ sending organizations to see if they will pay for part of therapy.
God
We believe in one God, Creator, and Lord of the Universe, the co-eternal Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is all-powerful, all-knowing, eternal, everywhere present, totally holy and loving, shining in glory, and supremely happy. God is the perfect and complete community in which each divine Person loves and honors the others above self and welcomes all people to join their community: God wants to be our Abba, Jesus wants to be our Friend, and the Holy Spirit wants to make our bodies His temple.
Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ, God’s unique Son, was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life of perfect love for God and neighbor, died a substitutionary atoning death on the cross, rose bodily from the dead, ascended to heaven, and reigns in the Kingdom of the Heavens now. He is fully God and fully man and is the one mediator between God and humankind and he looks upon each person with a smile and open arms.
The Bible
We believe that the Bible in its original manuscripts is God’s authoritative and inspired Word, without error in all its teachings. Followers of Christ joyfully submit to its divine authority, both individually and corporately, in all matters of belief and conduct and demonstrate this by righteous living (e.g., the fruit of the Spirit). It’s important to interpret individual verses and passages in their context, genre, the Bible as a whole, and, most especially, the person of Jesus Christ who reveals God to us.
Creation and Salvation
We believe that all people are created by God in the divine image with incredible worth and the power of free choice. He created us to enjoy intimacy with Him and to serve Him by working and contributing to the welfare of other people and managing the resources of the earth and all that He created. All people are lost in sin by inheritance (through Adam and Eve) and choice and cannot enter the Kingdom of God now, nor heaven for eternity, except through being born from above. Justification is God’s gift of grace through faith (trust) in Christ alone (not good works, religious affiliation, or ethnicity) and it leads to sanctification or becoming more loving like Jesus.
Spiritual Formation
We believe in the necessity of the work of the Holy Spirit for the individual’s new birth and growth to maturity, and for the Church’s constant renewal in truth, wisdom, faith, holiness, love, power, and mission. Water baptism is an important public affirmation of turning from a life of sin and trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ for life. Holy Spirit baptism is part of salvation and its effect in and through our lives expands as we consecrate ourselves more fully to God’s service. Each individual is responsible to train in godliness through utilizing the ministries of the Church (e.g., Bible teaching, being discipled to Jesus by a mentor or friend, the sacraments, counseling, and the gifts of the Spirit like healing prayer) and time-tested disciplines (e.g., worship of God, Bible study and meditation, prayer, solitude and silence, fasting, confession of sin, soul friendships, and service).
The Church
We believe in one holy, universal, and apostolic Church. It calls us to worship and witness concerning its Head, Jesus Christ, preaching the Gospel (e.g., Matthew 4:17) among all ethnic people groups. The Church is to be a spiritual community where people love God and one another and to demonstrate its love for Christ by compassionate service to the needs of human beings and promoting justice everywhere. It’s important for Christ-followers regularly to gather together in local assemblies to worship God and encourage one another to follow and serve the Lord.
The Future
We believe that Jesus Christ will personally and visibly return in glory to raise the dead and bring fair and loving judgment to all people. God will fully manifest His kingdom when He establishes a new heaven and new earth, in which He will be glorified forever and exclude all evil, suffering, and death.
